Basic Life Support (BLS)

The American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) course equips healthcare professionals with the skills needed to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide high-quality CPR, use an AED, and work effectively as part of a resuscitation team.

Topics Covered:

  • Adult, Child, & Infant CPR

  • AED Operation & safety

  • Bag-mask ventilation

  • Team dynamics and resuscitation response

  • Relief of choking in adults, children & infants

Course Length: Approximately 3-4 hours

Certification: American Heart Association BLS Provider eCard. Valid for 2 years

Ideal For: Nurses, nursing students, physicians, dentists, EMTs, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Adult & Pediatric CPR & AED

Be prepared to respond with confidence during medical emergencies. This American Heart Association Heartsaver course teaches the essential First Aid, CPR, and AED skills needed to respond to injuries, sudden illness, choking, and cardiac arrest in adults, children, and infants.

Topics Covered:

  • Adult, Child, & Infant CPR

  • AED Operation & safety

  • Relief of choking in adults, children & infants

  • Recognizing cardiac arrest

  • Heart attack & stroke recognition

Course Length: Approximately 3-4 hours (varies by class size)

 

Certification: American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR & AED eCard. Valid for 2 years.

Ideal For: Parents & caregivers, teachers & school staff, coaches, churches & community groups, workplace safety teams, anyone who wants to be prepared for emergencies.

Adult CPR & AED

Learn how to respond confidently to medical emergencies, injuries, and sudden cardiac arrest. This course combines First Aid, CPR, and AED training into one certification. 

Topics Covered:

  • Adult CPR

  • AED Operation & safety

  • Relief of choking in adults

  • Recognizing cardiac arrest

  • Scene safety

  • Hands-on skill practice

 

Course Length: Approximately 1-2 hours (varies by class size)

 

Certification: American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED eCard. Valid for 2 years​
